Observed the following food products to have improper/no labeling information: 1) no labeling on repackaged foods in walk in freezer, 2) no labeling for previously cooked then cooled food in walk in cooler, 3) no labeling on repackaged meat in 3-door freezer, 4) no labeling on repackaged vegetables in upright freezer in back hallway. Provide for all foods to have proper labeling information such as item name, date repackaged or use by date; time cooling began on all previously cooked then cooled foods. (750.120) Next Inspection

Observed employees/consumers using improper utensils to dispense food products: 1) plastic container used to scoop flour on wire racks in corner in pizza prep area. Provide suitable dispensing utensils to be used by employees/consumers, i.e. scoop w/handle. (750.280) Next Inspection
15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) rust on racks of top shelf in beer walk in cooler, 2) torn gasket on small refrigerator in bar, 3) rust on racks of roll top beer coolers in bar.
